Made from a proper combination of Calcium carbonate and polyethylene through excellent mechani- cal stretching process under proper ratio and temperature, breathable film interrupts the liquid substances; let the air passes through and simultaneously preventing the skin irritation.

After being establishing in 1990, Dae Myung Chemical started producing breathable PE film. With 30 years experiences and know – how in technology, Dae Myung can easily control the breathability (Water Vapour Transmission rate) of film to create products that respond the highest level for every applications and customer demands.

Non – Breathable Film

Non-Breathable film is thin functional film which do not allows liquid flow, airflow and water vapor to pass through the fine pores on the film surface.

Apart from breathable PE film, Dae Myung is one of the earliest non-breathable film manufacturer on the market. The key factor to become the leader in this field is the know – how of choosing proper resins and mixture portion in order to create the best film for market with properties meet to the market demand.

Applying latest technology and many years’ experience in hygiene industry, Dae Myung is now able to produce supper thin non-breathable film (9 gsm) but still keeping the good performance and consist- ency of products.
